Ronnie's Catfish

Veronica, a former Ronnie's Catfish cashier, defied adversity and financial struggles to become a thriving business owner. While residing in affordable housing, she aspired to offer her children a better life. With sheer determination, she saved every penny earned during her time at Ronnie's Catfish. Nine years later, she opened her own Ronnie's Catfish restaurant in Plano, Texas. Despite the global pandemic and nearly doubling food costs, she expanded to a second location.
