Dear Universal Processing merchants and partners —
Universal Processing’s leadership team has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, primarily as it affects the communities in which our partners and customers are located. Though more and more confirmed cases are appearing all across the country, our team is dedicated to taking steps to ensure business continuity as well as the health and safety of our team.
Small Business Relief Program
Helping small businesses has always been at the core of Universal Processing’s mission. As the situation continues to develop and new policies affecting business owners come to light, we are ready to launch this Small Business Relief Program to all of our current and prospective merchants to help them maintain their businesses during these trying times.
We’re offering the following free services to impacted small businesses, with a special focus on assisting with the transition to comply with the mandated shift to online-ordering and take-out only business.
UP ❤️'S Doctors
By March, Coronavirus had become a global pandemic and we were determined to do more. We set out to make the greatest positive impact possible by providing PPE and masks to those fighting on the frontlines of the pandemic. By April, we had donated and personally delivered over 14,000 N95 masks to major hospitals Tri-state area who were in short supply of masks and PPE.
