Dear Universal Processing merchants and partners —

 

Universal Processing’s leadership team has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, primarily as it affects the communities in which our partners and customers are located. Though more and more confirmed cases are appearing all across the country, our team is dedicated to taking steps to ensure business continuity as well as the health and safety of our team. 

 

We would like to reassure you, our partners, that during this time we will continue to assist small and medium-sized business merchants in accepting payments using our various payment processing terminals. 

 

For many years now, our team has effectively used cloud-based tools as part of our daily operations. Though the COVID-19 outbreak has brought with it an abundance of complications and dangers, these tools grant our staff the ability to work remotely as they need to, based upon local conditions. Since the beginning of this pandemic, we have been preparing and devising plans to enable our team to be available for sales duties and merchant support, whether they are working from the office or remotely. Through intensive training and technology, our team is prepared to serve you as if everything was working as normal, regardless of the local conditions.

 

For the past 2 months, Universal Processing has always been fighting this anti-coronavirus battle with our own efforts. In February, we launched the Wuhan Donation Campaign (www.uprocessing.com/wuhan). By March 5th, we were honored to have over 100 merchants on our donation list with a total amount of $10,800 directly given to three international charities. Given the situation rapidly evolving, we feel no hesitation to step forward again and help out our local merchants in the U.S.

 

Since March 16, Governors in at least 19 states have all announced policies that place restrictions on restaurants and bars. It’s a heavy strike on the restaurant industry and everyone’s daily life. After careful preparation, Universal Processing integrated all the available talents and resources and is ready to launch a contact-free support program to facilitate our restaurant merchants with their take-out and delivery services. If your businesses are affected by the restaurant restriction, we’d like to offer you free and professional support, including delivery poster design, online ordering website setup, social media account setup, low-interest business loans, and guidance on applying for the Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program at Small Business Administration. 其次,在过去的两个月中,环球商务一直活跃在抗“疫”前线,时刻关注国内外的疫情发展,动员所有资源援助疫区。在2月初,“武汉慈善捐款”活动上线(www.uprocessing.com/wuhan),全体员工积极响应,商家朋友鼎力相助,截至三月五日,我们成功联合一百多名商家,向慈善机构捐出共计$10,800的善款。一方有难,八方支援,是大家的温情与帮助,让这个残酷的冬天没有那么寒冷。

 

如今,中国的战“疫”已近尾声,全球的疫情却开始升温,环球商务总部所在的纽约州更是成为美国最严重的疫区。多个州政府已下令,于3月17号起,餐厅禁止堂吃,只允许做线上点单及外送服务,这无疑对美国的餐饮业是一个巨大的打击,也严重地影响了每个人的日常生活。对此,我们迅速整合营销人才和资源,针对这次疫情,推出支援中小型商家线上点餐、外卖的零接触营销服务计划,包括免费外卖海报设计、免费创建快捷点单网站、免费创建社交网络账号等。对于资金流困难的商家,我们提供利率低、最快当天到账的商业贷款。除此之外,我们还将帮助您研习相关政策规定,一对一指导您申请 Small Business Administration 针对这次疫情发放的专项抗疫贷款,争取获得政府帮助。如有需要,欢迎随时联系 marketing@uprocessing.com,与我们的专业团队一对一咨询。
