Universal Processing is a company founded on the noble concept of putting “People before profits”. A payment processing company founded in 2009, Universal Processing came to be because Saint Hung, the current CEO of the company saw that small to medium sized businesses were always being neglected and not given the proper impetus for growth by mega merchant service providers. Hung was a top sales person with an extremely promising future at one of these big establishments as at that time, but quit to begin Universal Processing to make up for the lack of service from the big guys.
Universal Processing focuses on ingenious customer service, care, support, and reasonable pricing. Our success story has seen us serving over 4,000+ clients across the nation since inception. And following a restructuring exercise in 2012, we have become a sales organization registered with Wells Fargo Bank and First Data Corporation, the largest and most secure processing platform in the U.S. In addition, we are proud to be an A+ accredited member of the Better Business Bureau. To further expand our business, we opened our second office in January 2015 on the corner of Main Street & Roosevelt Avenue in Flushing, NY, the 3rd busiest intersection in New York City. We also opened an LA office in August 2015, and relocated our headquarters to midtown Manhattan in January 2016.
